Apart from the rooms, what else does the site offer?
The premises include the Ô Resto Garosud restaurant, a nursery, a gym, a big free car park and Club LR — a free business network with more than 1,000 member companies, meeting every 2nd Thursday of the month and offering each person a one-minute pitch.
Can guests park at the venue?
Two direct ways in: exit 31 of the A9 / A709 without crossing Montpellier, and tram line L2. Parking is free at Garosud. Only the parc Mermoz offers free on-street parking, unlike Eurêka, the parc du Millénaire and most Montpellier districts, which are paid.
Are you able to host a seminar that runs all day?
Yes. Ten meeting rooms for 6 to 100 people over our two addresses — seven at Garosud, three at Millénaire — the widest meeting-room offer among Montpellier's coworking centres, with catering on site and a restaurant privatisable for up to 100 guests, terrace included. What does the room rental include?
At no extra cost: air-conditioned room, projector, flipchart, water in the room, notepads and pens, Wi-Fi, copier access, free parking, welcome desk for your attendees, wheelchair access — and flexibility on opening hours and days.
How does the restaurant at Garosud limit its rubbish?
At Ô Resto Garosud, single-use items have been eliminated and biowaste is recovered on the premises — organic waste feeds six hens, greatly reducing the amount of waste. The restaurant also uses reusable tableware and runs anti-food-waste actions.
