Meeting rooms
Meeting and training rooms, by the hour.
Three named rooms on site, each with its own personality. We named them after places nearby — the coast, the wine country, the mountain — because we wanted to talk about them the way we talk about places we love. Fibre Wi-Fi, large screens, paper-board, coffee on tap.
Small confidential meeting
A small, quiet room for an intimate meeting — interviews, customer discovery, a focused review of a contract. Window onto the courtyard.
Training / workshop
Our mid-size training room. U-shape, classroom or boardroom configurations. Best for a half-day session with up to 12 participants.
Board / seminar
The largest room. Boardroom, theatre, U-shape or classroom — up to 20 people. Used for board meetings, away-days, larger client events.

Meeting Rooms Montpellier: what do you need to know?
Three meeting and training rooms in Montpellier: Littoral (10-15), Pic Saint-Loup (up to 30), Aigoual (up to 50). Projector, screen, daylight, parking. Book by the hour or by the day.
Need a room we don't have?
For larger groups, atypical formats, or rooms we don't cover ourselves, the Reservation Centre sources from a curated network of partner venues across Montpellier.
Is reaching the site from the motorway straightforward?
Exit 31 of the A9 / A709 gives direct access without crossing Montpellier, and tram line L2 serves the site. Parking is free at Garosud. On-street parking is free only at the parc Mermoz — Eurêka, the parc du Millénaire and most Montpellier districts are paid.
How many meeting spaces do you have, and what capacities do they offer?
Our two addresses hold ten meeting rooms for 6 to 100 people — seven at Garosud and three at Millénaire — the widest meeting-room offer of Montpellier's coworking centres. On-site catering is available, and the restaurant privatises for up to 100 guests, terrace included. To book, call +33 4 67 82 51 99.
What is the fate of the organic waste produced here?
Locally, the restaurant's biowaste goes to six hens raised on site, and this considerably reduces the quantity of waste sent for treatment.
Can I reach you on a bike or in an electric car?
Yes. Thanks to a cycle path and charging points for electric vehicles, the site follows a soft-mobility approach.
How many offices does the network provide?
Espace Entreprise Garosud provides 75 equipped offices and 70 industrial units, making it the largest business centre in Occitanie; Millénaire, in Castelnau-le-Lez, provides 40 offices — 115 offices in total across both Montpellier addresses.
