How many meeting rooms can I book, and what seating capacity do they have?
From 6 to 100 people, ten meeting rooms are split between Garosud (seven) and Millénaire (three). It is the widest meeting-room offer among Montpellier's coworking centres, with catering on site and a restaurant privatisable for up to 100 guests, terrace included. To book, call +33 4 67 82 51 99.
Is there an on-site eatery where I can eat at midday?
Yes, there's Ô Resto Garosud, the in-house restaurant of Espace Entreprise Garosud: a 100 m² venue with terrace, open Monday to Friday non-stop from 9 am to 5 pm, welcoming to all, and available for private hire for as many as 100 people. To book, dial +33 4 67 82 51 99.
Is private hire of the restaurant available for events?
Yes, private hire is possible for up to 100 people, terrace included. Ô Resto Garosud is the in-house restaurant at Espace Entreprise Garosud — 100 m² with a terrace, serving Monday to Friday continuously from 9 am to 5 pm, open to all, and available to privatise for up to 100 guests. Do you supply coffee breaks and on-site catering?
Yes, we do. Welcome coffee served in the room, breakfast with pastries, tea-time break with biscuits, lunch at the on-site restaurant with its terrace, meal trays brought to the room, and buffet or cocktail dinner on quotation.
Is local sourcing and circular-economy thinking supported at the centre?
Yes. Second-hand office furniture, local catering produce, an anti-food-waste partnership and mail digitisation to keep postal shipments down are all part of the setup.
Is the site equipped to produce its own electricity?
Yes. Equipped with more than 3,000 m² of rooftop solar panels, Espace Entreprise Garosud produces as much electricity as it draws. Its buildings are built to limit energy consumption.
