Pic Saint Loup is the limestone peak you can see on a clear morning from this office. It's also our mid-size training room — built for sessions of up to 12 participants, in U-shape, classroom or boardroom format.

Are office rental and business registration both things you handle here?
It's entirely possible. The Pack Light starts at €14.25 excl. VAT per month, and each centre is approved by the Préfecture de l'Hérault, a legal necessity for any company providing a registered address in France. Occitanie's largest business centre, Espace Entreprise Garosud, provides 70 industrial units and 75 fully equipped offices from 50 to 350 m², with up to 7 m ceiling height, mezzanines, sectional doors and articulated-lorry access.
Can visitors arrive by bike or in an electric car at the Millénaire centre?
Indeed. A dedicated cycle path connects the site, which also has EV charging points, as part of a soft-mobility approach.
Is the centre's electricity self-generated?
Yes. At Garosud, Espace Entreprise generates its own electricity through over 3,000 m² of rooftop solar panels, producing as much as it consumes. Its buildings are designed to be energy-efficient.
