Can your centres provide me with an office to rent and a legal address for my company?
Certainly. Our Pack Light costs from €14.25 excl. VAT per month; both centres are approved by the Préfecture de l'Hérault, a legal condition in France for any company offering a registered address. Espace Entreprise Garosud, the largest business centre in Occitanie, features 70 industrial units and 75 fully equipped offices, units between 50 and 350 m², ceilings up to 7 m, mezzanines, sectional doors and articulated-lorry access.
What's the highest number of guests your venue can accommodate?
We run ten meeting rooms for 6 to 100 people — seven at Garosud, three at Millénaire — the broadest choice of meeting rooms of any coworking centre in Montpellier. Catering is provided on site, and the restaurant can be privatised for as many as 100 guests, terrace included. Bookings on +33 4 67 82 51 99.
Are break-time refreshments and catering something you offer?
Yes. Choose from welcome coffee in the room, breakfast with pastries, a tea-time break with biscuits, lunch at the on-site restaurant with terrace, meal trays served directly in the room, and buffet or cocktail dinner on quotation.
In practical terms, how does Ô Resto Garosud avoid generating so much waste?
At the restaurant, disposables have been phased out and biowaste is treated on site — six hens are fed the organic waste, which brings waste volumes down sharply. Reusable tableware and anti-food-waste measures complete the effort.
Does the centre have its own means of generating electricity?
Yes. The solar output of Espace Entreprise Garosud, from over 3,000 m² of rooftop panels, matches its electricity consumption. The buildings are designed to save energy.
The two centres offer how many offices?
Espace Entreprise runs 115 offices in Montpellier: 75 at Garosud (largest business centre in Occitanie, plus 70 industrial units) and 40 at Millénaire, in Castelnau-le-Lez.
