Office Spot is our occasional rental: a fully equipped private office available by the hour, the half-day, the day or the week. Two sizes — 12m² for one to three people, or 20m² for up to eight. The same offices we rent monthly, just opened on demand.

Two desks, a manager's chair, two visitor chairs, a side cabinet. Window on the courtyard. Perfect for a recruiter doing a half-day of interviews, or a freelance consultant meeting a client.
20m² · up to 8 people
Standing offer for a small workshop, a sales-team off-site, or a training of up to 8 participants. Furniture is reconfigurable on request (workshop tables, U-shape, classroom).

- Solar energy: with over 3,000 m² of rooftop photovoltaic panels, Espace Entreprise Garosud produces as much electricity as it consumes, in buildings designed for energy sobriety.
- Responsible digital: mail is digitised to limit postal shipments and resource use.

Can I combine office rental with company domiciliation at your centres?
Absolutely, both are possible. The Pack Light begins at €14.25 excl. VAT per month, and our two centres are approved by the Préfecture de l'Hérault — mandatory in France for any company supplying a registered address. Espace Entreprise Garosud is the largest business centre in Occitanie, with 70 industrial units and 75 fully equipped offices measuring 50 to 350 m², ceiling heights up to 7 m, mezzanines, sectional doors and articulated-lorry access.
Is the site quick to reach when coming by motorway to Garosud?
The site is directly accessible from the A9 and A709 at exit 31, without crossing Montpellier, and via tram line L2. Garosud parking is free. Only the parc Mermoz has free on-street parking; Eurêka, the parc du Millénaire and most Montpellier districts are paid.
Does the centre help support local producers and a circular economy?
Yes. The centre chooses second-hand office furniture, buys local produce for catering, maintains an anti-food-waste partnership, and digitises mail to cut postal shipments.
