What does Ô Resto Garosud do with its organic and single-use waste?
Waste is tackled at Ô Resto Garosud by removing single-use products and recovering biowaste on site — the organic waste feeds six hens, which sharply reduces the volumes involved. Reusable tableware and anti-food-waste actions finish the scheme.
