Coworking that feels like work, and a bit of home.
Hot desks, fixed desks, a sunny lounge, a proper kitchen and a south-facing terrace. The Millénaire centre has hosted founders, freelancers and remote workers for over fifteen years — and the coffee is taken seriously.

The people bit.
A workspace is its community, more than its furniture. Ours has slowly grown into a real one over fifteen years — founders, consultants, accountants, designers, two journalists, a translator, three lawyers and a remarkable physiotherapist.
Wednesday breakfasts
Every Wednesday morning, fresh viennoiserie from a Castelnau bakery. No agenda — just coffee and a chat to start the day right.
First-Thursday afterworks
The first Thursday of each month, late-afternoon drinks on the terrace. Sometimes a member presents what they do — voluntarily, never compulsory.
Pinboard & introductions
If a member is looking for an accountant, a recruiter, a designer or a pitch audience — there's almost always someone in the building who can help. We make the introduction.

Coffee, kitchen, terrace — not an afterthought.
The kitchen is stocked with fruit, tea, milk and proper coffee from a Montpellier roaster — included in every plan. The south-facing terrace fills up at lunchtime. A handful of restaurants are five minutes' walk: we keep a printed list of the ones our members rate.
This is the bit that most coworking centres get wrong. We took it seriously.
Our CSR approach: concrete action for the planet
Beyond offices and coworking, Espace Entreprise Garosud has made ecological sobriety part of daily life.
The centre's environmental approach is concrete: energy, waste and mobility are all designed to cut its footprint.
- Sorting and reuse: single-use plastic dropped in rooms and drink machines, lasting tableware (mugs, eco-cups), paper and cardboard recycled.
- Lean back-office: mail is digitised, reducing paper shipments and the related footprint.
- Solar energy: with over 3,000 m² of rooftop photovoltaic panels, Espace Entreprise Garosud produces as much electricity as it consumes, in buildings designed for energy sobriety.
- Six hens, zero waste: the restaurant's food scraps feed six hens kept on site, which produce eggs that are donated in return — a short loop that sharply cuts waste, with no single-use items left.
- Short supply chains: reused furniture, local sourcing for the restaurant and a stand against food waste.
- Bike & electric: the site is reachable via a cycle path and fitted with EV charging points.
Frequently asked questions
Coworking Montpellier: what do you need to know?
Hot desks and fixed desks in Montpellier from €30 a day, lounge, kitchen and terrace included. English-speaking community, proper coffee, and no joining fee. Come for a day.
How soon will I have a quote?
For a quote, call Garosud (+33 4 99 13 30 30) or Millénaire (+33 4 99 13 63 36), Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. You will have it within 24 hours. A visit is still the best way to decide.
Would it be possible to both domicile my business and take an office here?
You can. The Pack Light is priced from €14.25 excl. VAT per month, and both of our centres hold Préfecture de l'Hérault approval — a legal requirement for any company giving a registered address in France. Espace Entreprise Garosud is Occitanie's largest business centre, with 70 industrial units and 75 fully equipped offices; the units go from 50 to 350 m² and include up to 7 m ceiling height, mezzanines, sectional doors and articulated-lorry access.
Which of your rooms has the greatest capacity?
Ten meeting rooms for 6 to 100 people across our two addresses — seven at Garosud, three at Millénaire. It is the widest meeting-room offer among Montpellier's coworking centres, with catering on site and a restaurant that can be privatised for up to 100 guests, terrace included. To book, call +33 4 67 82 51 99.
Is the site well connected to the motorway network?
The site is directly reachable from the A9 / A709 at exit 31, with no drive through Montpellier, as well as by tram line L2. The Garosud site has free parking. On the street, only the parc Mermoz is free of charge; Eurêka, the parc du Millénaire and most Montpellier districts are paid.
Does the centre favour local supply chains and the circular economy?
Yes: it opts for second-hand office furniture, local produce for catering, an anti-food-waste partnership, and digitised mail to reduce postal shipments.
Evening company event in the restaurant: can we?
Yes. In the evening, the restaurant room hosts company dinners, afterworks, get-togethers or team-building sessions. It is a modular, fully equipped space; tailored quote on request. Bookings on +33 4 67 82 51 99.
How does the site handle its organic waste at Garosud?
The six hens kept on site are fed with the restaurant's biowaste; this local recovery clearly cuts the volume of waste sent for treatment.
