What additional amenities are available on the premises beyond the rooms?
Available on site are the Ô Resto Garosud restaurant, a nursery, a gym, a large free car park and Club LR, a free business network of upwards of 1,000 member companies gathering on the 2nd Thursday of each month, where everyone gets a one-minute pitch.
Is parking available for people attending?
Direct access from the A9 / A709 (exit 31) without crossing Montpellier, plus tram line L2, and free parking at Garosud. Only the parc Mermoz offers free on-street parking — Eurêka, the parc du Millénaire and most Montpellier districts are paid.
Can a full-day seminar be organised at your centre?
Yes. Ten meeting rooms from 6 to 100 people, split between Garosud (seven) and Millénaire (three): the widest meeting-room offer among Montpellier's coworking centres, with catering on site and a restaurant privatisable for up to 100 guests, terrace included. Ô Resto Garosud is the on-site restaurant at Espace Entreprise Garosud: 100 m² with a terrace, open Monday to Friday with continuous service from 9 am to 5 pm non-stop, open to everyone, and available for private hire for up to 100 people. Does the centre have a green or sustainability policy?
Absolutely. The centre applies a real CSR approach: it self-produces solar electricity, its restaurant uses no single-use items, biowaste is recovered on site, waste is reduced and sorted, sourcing is local and mobility is soft.
