Is there somewhere for participants to park on site?
Direct A9 / A709 access at exit 31, no need to cross Montpellier, tram line L2, and free parking at Garosud. Free on-street parking is limited to the parc Mermoz — Eurêka, the parc du Millénaire and most Montpellier districts are paid.
Is it possible to hold a day-long seminar on site?
Yes. Ten meeting rooms seating 6 to 100 people are spread over our two addresses: seven at Garosud, three at Millénaire. It is the widest meeting-room offer among Montpellier's coworking centres, with catering on site and a restaurant privatisable for up to 100 guests, terrace included. Ô Resto Garosud is the on-site restaurant at Espace Entreprise Garosud: 100 m² with a terrace, open Monday to Friday with continuous service from 9 am to 5 pm non-stop, open to everyone, and available for private hire for up to 100 people. Can I lease an office and also domicile my company at your centres?
Yes, you can do both. The Pack Light starts from €14.25 excl. VAT per month. Both of our centres are approved by the Préfecture de l'Hérault, which French law requires of any company supplying a registered address. As the largest business centre in Occitanie, Espace Entreprise Garosud has 70 industrial units and 75 fully equipped offices, with units from 50 to 350 m², ceilings up to 7 m, mezzanines, sectional doors and access for articulated lorries.
Can you explain how the Garosud restaurant keeps its waste down?
Ô Resto Garosud no longer uses single-use products and handles its biowaste right on site — organic waste is fed to six hens, drastically reducing waste volumes. Reusable tableware and anti-food-waste efforts finish off the strategy.
Can we book the restaurant for an evening get-together?
Yes. In the evening, the restaurant room hosts company dinners, afterworks, get-togethers or team-building sessions. It is a modular, fully equipped space; personalised quotation on request. Bookings on +33 4 67 82 51 99.
Does the centre encourage local suppliers and circular-economy principles?
Yes: second-hand furniture in the offices, locally sourced produce for catering, a partnership against food waste, and mail digitisation to reduce postal shipments.
How many offices altogether across the two centres?
The two Montpellier addresses total 115 offices: 75 at Garosud — the largest business centre in Occitanie, with 70 industrial units too — and 40 at Millénaire in Castelnau-le-Lez.
