Could I set up my company's registered office here and rent an office too?
Of course. The Pack Light is available from €14.25 excl. VAT per month, and both centres are approved by the Préfecture de l'Hérault, as French law requires for any company that provides a registered address. Espace Entreprise Garosud ranks as the largest business centre in Occitanie: 70 industrial units and 75 fully equipped offices, units of 50 to 350 m², ceiling heights reaching 7 m, mezzanines, sectional doors and articulated-lorry access.

Is catering, including coffee breaks, part of your services?
Of course. We provide welcome coffee served in the room, a breakfast with pastries, a tea-time break with biscuits, lunch at the on-site restaurant and its terrace, meal trays served directly in the room, plus buffet or cocktail dinner on quotation.
Are local sourcing and the circular economy part of the centre's approach?
Yes. Expect second-hand office furniture, local produce for the catering, an anti-food-waste partnership, and digitised mail that limits postal shipments.
Does Espace Entreprise Garosud make its own electricity?
