Wireless lapel or hand-held microphone, mobile speaker, sound system for larger rooms. €40/day.

Equipment Rental Montpellier: what do you need to know?

Is renting an office and registering a company both available on site?
Yes to both. Starting at €14.25 excl. VAT per month, the Pack Light covers registration, and each centre is approved by the Préfecture de l'Hérault — obligatory under French law for any company providing a registered address. On the office side, Espace Entreprise Garosud is the largest business centre in Occitanie, with 70 industrial units and 75 fully equipped offices from 50 to 350 m², up to 7 m ceiling height, mezzanines, sectional doors and articulated-lorry access.
What is the maximum capacity available on site?

How easy is motorway access to the location?
Coming by motorway, use exit 31 on the A9 / A709 without going through Montpellier; the site is also on tram line L2. Garosud offers free parking. Free on-street parking is found only at the parc Mermoz; Eurêka, the parc du Millénaire and most Montpellier districts are paid.

Do you handle coffee breaks and meals for meetings?
Yes. From welcome coffee served in the room and breakfast with pastries to a tea-time break with biscuits, lunch at the on-site restaurant with its terrace, meal trays served in the room, and buffet or cocktail dinner on quotation.
How is food and packaging waste handled at the on-site restaurant?
Single-use products have been removed at Ô Resto Garosud, and biowaste is dealt with on site: six hens eat the organic waste, which cuts waste volumes considerably. The approach is rounded out with reusable tableware and anti-food-waste actions.
May I come by bike or drive an electric car to Garosud?
Yes, you can. The location is served by a cycle path and provides charging points for electric cars, reflecting a soft-mobility approach.
