Things you didn't think you needed until five minutes before the meeting. The Equipment Rental service makes them available on demand, without paperwork. Pay as you use, settled monthly with your other services.

Full HD video-projector with HDMI/USB-C cabling, portable screen, presentation pointer. €30/half-day, €50/day.
Flip-chart, whiteboard
Mobile flip-chart with paper, full marker set. Additional charts on request. €10/day.
Additional chairs & tables
Stackable chairs (set of 10), foldable tables (set of 4), trestle stands. From €15 per set per day.
Microphone, speaker
Wireless lapel or hand-held microphone, mobile speaker, sound system for larger rooms. €40/day.
Coffee break, lunch
Coordinated with our local partners — coffee break €8/person, simple lunch from €15/person. Two days' notice ideal.
