20 m² · 2-4 people
A workspace for 2 to 4 people.
The 20m² office is our most rented format. It works for two business partners, a small founder team, a regional satellite office of 3–4 people, or an individual who needs space to receive visitors and partners.
Available configurations
1 desk + meeting table
One office desk, manager's armchair, three visitor chairs, a small meeting table (4 seats), and a wardrobe. Ideal for consultants who receive clients.
2 desks side by side
Two office desks, two manager's armchairs, two visitor chairs and a shared cabinet. For a duo working together — co-founders, business partners.
3–4 desks
Three or four desks in an open configuration with shared storage. For a small early-stage team that doesn't need walls between them.
A genuinely eco-responsible business centre
Choosing where to set up your company also means choosing a place that acts for the planet.
Renting an office here means joining a site that produces its own electricity and recovers its waste.
- Soft mobility: access via a cycle path and charging points for electric vehicles.
- Circular economy: second-hand office furniture, local produce for catering and an anti-food-waste partnership.
- Short-loop restaurant: Ô Resto Garosud has dropped single-use items and gives its biowaste to six on-site hens — a full short loop: they eat the organic waste and, in return, lay eggs that are given away.
- Less plastic, more sorting: single-use plastic removed (rooms, drink machines, supplies), reusable tableware (mugs, eco-cups) and paper/cardboard recycling.
- Responsible digital: mail is digitised to limit postal shipments and resource use.
- Solar energy: with over 3,000 m² of rooftop photovoltaic panels, Espace Entreprise Garosud produces as much electricity as it consumes, in buildings designed for energy sobriety.

Choose Garosud because it's the best business district in Montpellier — direct A9/A709 motorway link at exit 31 avoiding the city centre, visibility straight from the motorway, service by tram line L2, free parking on site, and home to Espace Entreprise Garosud, the largest business centre in Occitanie.
What steps do I follow to book and ask for a quote?

Is it possible to add coffee breaks and catering to a room booking?
Definitely. Services range from welcome coffee served in the room, breakfast with pastries and a tea-time break with biscuits, to lunch at the on-site restaurant with its terrace, meal trays served in the room, and buffet or cocktail dinner on quotation.
What measures help the on-site restaurant produce less waste?
Ô Resto Garosud has removed single-use items and turns its organic biowaste over to six hens on site, a practice that sharply reduces waste volumes. Reusable tableware and anti-food-waste actions add to this.
Does the centre get behind local sourcing and circular-economy initiatives?
Yes. From second-hand office furniture and local produce for catering to an anti-food-waste partnership and digitised mail limiting postal shipments, the answer is a clear one.
