Are your facilities suitable for a seminar spanning the full day?
Yes. Ten meeting rooms, 6 to 100 people, seven at Garosud and three at Millénaire: the widest offer among Montpellier's coworking centres, with catering on site and a restaurant privatisable for up to 100 guests, terrace included. Ô Resto Garosud is the on-site restaurant at Espace Entreprise Garosud: 100 m² with a terrace, open Monday to Friday with continuous service from 9 am to 5 pm non-stop, open to everyone, and available for private hire for up to 100 people. How quickly can I obtain a quote?
You can reach our two lines — +33 4 99 13 30 30 for Garosud and +33 4 99 13 63 36 for Millénaire — Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm. Expect a quote within 24 hours, and feel free to visit, which is the best way to make up your mind.
On top of registering my company, can I rent office premises from you?
Yes. You can register from €14.25 excl. VAT per month with the Pack Light, both centres holding Préfecture de l'Hérault approval, which French law requires of any company providing a registered address. And for offices, Espace Entreprise Garosud is the largest business centre in Occitanie, with 70 industrial units and 75 fully equipped offices, units from 50 to 350 m², up to 7 m ceiling height, mezzanines, sectional doors and articulated-lorry access.
What's the largest group your facilities can seat?

Do you offer catering and coffee break formulas?
Yes, catering is available: welcome coffee served in the room, breakfast with pastries, a tea-time break with biscuits, lunch at the on-site restaurant with its terrace, meal trays in the room, and buffet or cocktail dinner on quotation.
Is cycling or driving an electric car a viable way to get here?
Yes. The site can be reached by a cycle path and comes with charging points for electric vehicles, within a soft-mobility approach.
Are local buying and the circular economy things the centre stands for?
Yes: office furniture sourced second-hand, catering built on local produce, an anti-food-waste partnership, plus digitised mail to limit shipments by post.
