What we collect
When you enquire (form, email, phone), we record your name, contact details, and the substance of the enquiry. When you become a client, we collect the legal-identity data required for the domiciliation contract (company details, identity documents of legal representatives) — this is a legal requirement for Préfecture-approved centres.
What we do with it
We use enquiry data to answer your enquiry and to follow up if you become a client. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes. Contract data is kept for the regulatory retention period.
Your GDPR rights
You may request access to your data, correction, or deletion (subject to legal retention obligations). Email contact@center-business.fr with the subject line "GDPR request".
