What we collect
When you enquire (form, email, phone), we record your name, contact details, and the substance of the enquiry. When you become a client, we collect the legal-identity data required for the domiciliation contract (company details, identity documents of legal representatives) — this is a legal requirement for Préfecture-approved centres.
What we do with it
We use enquiry data to answer your enquiry and to follow up if you become a client. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes. Contract data is kept for the regulatory retention period.

Do you have parking space for those attending?
Exit 31 on the A9 / A709 lets you arrive directly without going through Montpellier, and tram line L2 stops at the site. Garosud parking is free. Free on-street parking exists only at the parc Mermoz, while Eurêka, the parc du Millénaire and most Montpellier districts are paid.
Do you offer space for a whole-day seminar in Montpellier?
Yes. On the room side, ten meeting spaces for 6 to 100 people — seven at Garosud, three at Millénaire. It is the fullest offer among Montpellier's coworking centres, with on-site catering and a restaurant that seats up to 100 guests when privatised, terrace included. Ô Resto Garosud is the on-site restaurant at Espace Entreprise Garosud: 100 m² with a terrace, open Monday to Friday with continuous service from 9 am to 5 pm non-stop, open to everyone, and available for private hire for up to 100 people. How quickly can I expect a quote?
We are available on weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm on +33 4 99 13 30 30 for Garosud or +33 4 99 13 63 36 for Millénaire. Your quote is sent within 24 hours, and a visit is the best way to decide.
What happens to the leftover organic matter on site?
The biowaste produced by the restaurant is recovered on site to feed six hens, sharply decreasing the volume of waste destined for treatment.
Are plastics reduced and waste properly sorted at Garosud?
It does indeed: disposable plastic has disappeared from meeting rooms, drink machines and supplies, reusable tableware (mugs, eco-cups) is standard, and paper and cardboard are collected for recycling.
