Aigoual is one of our largest meeting rooms — up to 50 people (30 in U-shape, 50 theatre), in boardroom, U-shape or classroom configuration. We host board meetings here, larger client events, away-days, and the occasional small private screening.

What's the best way to reach the centre, and does parking cost anything?
Reach us directly via the A9 and A709 at exit 31, without crossing Montpellier, or by tram line L2. Parking is free on the Garosud site. Only the parc Mermoz offers free on-street parking; Eurêka, the parc du Millénaire and most Montpellier districts are paid.
What is included in the room rental?
At no extra cost: air-conditioned room, projector, flipchart, water in the room, notepads and pens, Wi-Fi, access to the copier, free parking, welcome desk for your attendees, wheelchair access — and flexibility on opening hours and days.
Does the business centre follow an environmental approach?
Yes. The centre runs a concrete CSR approach that includes self-produced solar electricity, a restaurant with no single-use items, on-site biowaste recovery, waste reduction and sorting, local sourcing and soft mobility.
Does the centre generate its own electricity?
Yes. Espace Entreprise Garosud is fitted with over 3,000 m² of rooftop solar panels and generates as much electricity as it uses. Its buildings are designed to limit energy consumption.
How many offices are there in each centre?
75 equipped offices and 70 industrial units at Garosud, 40 offices at Millénaire (Castelnau-le-Lez): 115 offices in all. Garosud is the largest business centre in Occitanie.
