Business location advice.
Choosing where to base a business in Montpellier is not obvious. Zone AFR brings tax benefits, the Millénaire offers prestige and connectivity, Garosud is cost-aware, Odysseum is the new tertiary hub. We advise relocating founders and outside companies on the trade-offs, with a sector view and a tax view.
Location advice
Where to base a business in Montpellier.
Choosing a business district in Montpellier is not obvious from outside the city. Tax zones overlap with sector clusters; prestige addresses are sometimes the wrong choice for an industrial activity; cost-aware addresses sometimes carry a perception cost. We advise relocating founders and outside companies on these trade-offs — with a sector view and a tax view.
Prestige, A9, tram L1
Our own location. Zone AFR (tax benefits on new hires for SMEs). A9 motorway exit, tram L1 to city centre in 15 minutes. Suited to tertiary, professional services, tech.
Cost-aware, industrial
Our sister site. Mixed-use industrial / SME zone, lower rents, good lorry access. Suited to light industry, logistics, trades. Less prestige but more square metres.
New tertiary hub
The new east-side cluster around Odysseum tram. Tertiary, retail-tech, F&B. Prestige is rising fast; rents follow.
City-centre prestige
The flagship address — directly south of city centre, river-side, with the largest concentration of corporate HQs. Highest rents, highest prestige.
