In addition to the rooms, what is available on site?
Facilities on site comprise the Ô Resto Garosud restaurant, a nursery, a gym, a large free car park and Club LR — a free business network of more than 1,000 member companies gathering the 2nd Thursday of every month, each person getting a one-minute pitch.
Is company domiciliation available here, and can I rent an office as well?
Yes. The Pack Light is available from €14.25 excl. VAT per month, and our centres both carry Préfecture de l'Hérault approval — legally required for any company providing a registered address in France. For office needs, Espace Entreprise Garosud is Occitanie's largest business centre, with 70 industrial units and 75 fully equipped offices from 50 to 350 m², up to 7 m ceiling height, mezzanines, sectional doors and articulated-lorry access.
Can we get coffee breaks and food service for a seminar?
Yes. We can arrange welcome coffee served in the room, breakfast with pastries, a tea-time break with biscuits, lunch at the on-site restaurant with its terrace, meal trays served directly in the room, and buffet or cocktail dinner on quotation.
Does the centre take steps to cut plastic and organise recycling?
Yes. Single-use plastic is no longer used in meeting rooms, drink machines or supplies, tableware such as mugs and eco-cups is reusable, and paper and cardboard are sorted and recycled.
Is it feasible to get to the centre by bike or electric car in Montpellier?
Yes, no problem. The site is reachable via a cycle path and equipped with charging points for electric vehicles, embracing a soft-mobility approach.
How many offices does each site provide?
Count 75 equipped offices and 70 industrial units at Garosud, 40 offices at Millénaire — 115 offices in total. Garosud is the largest business centre in Occitanie.
